Welcome to p2psip.org!

This site is intended to promote interest in, and provide information about, P2PSIP. The concept behind P2PSIP is to leverage the distributed nature of P2P to allow for distributed resource discovery in a SIP network, eliminating (or at least reducing) the need for centralized servers.

There is a P2PSIP WG meeting at IETF 72 in Dublin on Wednesday, July 30th 2008 from 0900 to 1130 in Convention 3.

A P2PSIP Implementations page has been assembled.

Page maintained by David A. Bryan (dbryan at p2psip dot org) and Tiffany Broadbent (tbroadbent at p2psip dot org).
